    While our salesperson, Ali, was truly outstanding—patient, helpful, and transparent—and Rafi, the manager, went above and beyond to resolve a serious issue, our experience with Rayan Bradford (Sales Manager) was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If it weren't for the professionalism and integrity shown by Ali and Rafi, we would have given this dealership zero stars. Rayan Bradford added services to our contract that we never agreed to, and when we reached out to have the issue corrected, he lied, claiming nothing could be done. He withheld critical information, misrepresented the situation not once, but twice, even after follow-up conversations. This was not a misunderstanding—it felt deliberate, manipulative, and unethical. We are currently considering filing a formal complaint with the Maryland Attorney General’s Office or another appropriate regulatory body, as this type of deceptive sales practice should not go unnoticed or unaddressed. We sincerely hope the dealership takes internal action to prevent this from happening to other customers. Again, we are thankful for Ali and Rafi—without them, this situation would have escalated even further.
