Very efficient quality service. On top of that it was on a Saturday0 and I could even use the lounge and get coffee from the sales lounge (coffee machine in the service area needed service).

The moment I got out of the car, the manager greeted me warmly. He sounded very motivated and in good spirits, and I immediately felt I was in good hands. He asked what brought me in, then walked me through the available service packages, explaining everything clearly. He also looked up my car’s history, found a pending recall, and recommended having it addressed at the same time instead of scheduling another visit. When I mentioned my concerns about waiting for a long time, he offered me a loaner car so I could take care of my errands and return after the service was completed. He is honestly an excellent combination of marketing and technical skills—the right person in the right position. Thank you sincerely!!
