The communication is poor, no one answer the phone or updates the work ap in a timely manner and the work is rarely finished on-time. If you know the customer has a recall scheduled, then there is no excuse for not having the parts in stock. Not to mention my vehicle was sideswiped in the "tiny" overcrowded lot.

Leylo and Behzad were so helpful with the process of finding a new car. They made the process seamless and were incredibly accommodating! They understood that I wanted a specific color and went above and beyond to get the exact car I wanted, sending someone to one of their other locations to pick up the car and bring it to their dealership.

Good, considerate staff. The closing process took five hours. They need to fix this.
