Communication needs to be improved. I had my car towed in, when I called just to check that my vehicle had arrived on time, the service advisor was annoyed and quickly tried to get me off the phone. When I called to just verify that my car was fully inspected, the service advisor said I was accusing his crew of not being capable, which was not the case. When I told him that I found my car charger broken when I picked up my car, he said he had no way of knowing it wasn’t already broken at the time of arrival. Not a great response.

Rockville VW dealership is very pleasant place to visit. David Hernandez is an excellent sales person provide much help needed to go through the steps to closing the sales of ID 4. He also provides the good information how to take Amtrak and local commute train to reach the dealership which makes it easy for people out of state to get good deal the car.
