    The worst dealership ever! My appointment to get few recall issues was cancelled 30 minutes prior to arrival after their "solo EV tech" called out and it was delivered to me with NO apology for the inconvenience. I had to reschedule it for the following week. However, upon returning for the rescheduled appointment I was told that there were seven vehicles ahead of mine and that the repairs could take several days. I find it highly unprofessional to accept appointments without first assessing the shop’s workload and capacity. My vehicle was fully drivable aside from the recall items, yet I was asked to leave it for five full days—despite the initial assurance that the work could be completed the same day. To make matters worse, this dealership does not offer loaner vehicles, leaving me without transportation for nearly a week. Moreover, their customer service has deteriorated throughout my visits. My service adviser was unapproachable and disengaged. He neither acknowledged customers nor made any effort to communicate updates as promised. If I missed his initial call, it became nearly impossible to reach him back again, and my multiple voicemails went unanswered. My complaint email to the service manager went unanswered , aside from marketing emails from his team offering a free oil change or $100 credit during next service in exchange for a five-star rating. Frankly, this approach does not foster customer loyalty - it feels more like an attempt to buy positive reviews rather than genuinely address concerns. It is more rewarding to me to provide an honest feedback so other customers don't go through the same experience. I will never return to this dealership and I have decided to take my business to a place with better service and reputation.

    I thought the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The waiting room was also great—I have to say the chairs are incredibly comfortable. My second visit was an excellent experience overall. I remember that the first time I rated my visit a 6 because I was disappointed that my vehicle, which was brand new at the time, already had an issue. I’m a wheelchair user and I rely on the grab handle above the driver’s seat. It broke and I fell out of the vehicle. When I came in for my first visit and explained what had happened, I was told I would have to pay five hundred and something dollars to have it repaired, even though the vehicle had just been purchased. So to this day, I’ve left it unrepaired—that’s really the only negative experience I’ve had.

    John was the only good part of this. He was straightforward and communicative about timing. The actual work on the car was bad. For charging over $1,000 of labor, the car came back worse than it went in. The battery I guess was replaced well but after getting it back the clutch was not working well. The car would rev on its own when in neutral, and it was acting as though the clutch was going in and out in 4th gear. Also it would make a weird noise when accelerating. Also, the feature of being able to automatically roll down the windows from the key fob no longer works. And the driver window will not roll down automatically. When picking up my car as well nobody - while there were 5 workers moving in and around the room - addressed me until I had waited a few minutes and addressed someone. It feels like I am complaining and I do not mean to, but these are just basic things that should not even need someone to be working to do.
