I had a wonderful experience at the dealership, thanks to Ray! He is the best best best! He has made every car experience I have had at Ourisman Rockville seamless for me. I am so thankful for all of his help and expertise over the years. He has made every car experience at VW seamless for me and for that I am so grateful. He also goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need and more. I couldn't go through any of this without Ray's help! I moved further away from the dealership but will still visit this Rockville location for car / service needs as it has always been the best experience for me.
