The service was good. Mr. Anton explained everything well. He kept us updated on the vehicle. We were able to get same day service. What I did not like was the price for some of the suggested services needed.

The service for my car VW Taos 2022 is always great . I just want to honor again ,the Adisor V. JOSE D.is amazin person who take care me for years when i have appointment or emergency problem with my car .Also he find great deal for the expencil payment after reparation,very happy for that.. Every time I pick my car in WORSE condition then when I dropped off. Not 1st time I’ve said this. No one knows what they’re doing and NOBODY CARES! Every single time I go to Ourisman it’s a HORRIBLE experience. My husband has never had these problems at the Toyota dealer. My last VW!!!
