The customer service consultant was professional and helpful. However, needless to say that I was disappointed to learn that I have paid for oil changes since 2018 through 2023. I only learned that when the customer service consultant told me that my 2024 oil change was free because the plan that I have. Well, well, well, imagine my shock when I was told that the oil change was free. So, did the male service consultants charge me for the oil change to increase their commissions, Ourisman Volkswagen's profits, commit wanton fraud or because they felt they could because I am a woman. You know, I'll admit that my trust of Ourisman Volkswagen has been considerably diminished. Now, I don't know if I trust to do business with Ourisman Volkswagen.

The 40,000 mile service was supposed to take two hours but it took three. Car was not thoroughly washed. Both issues were caused by an acute shortage of porters.

Brought it in for brake service and oil change. Picked the car up the next day and the brakes were grinding on the way home and the oil change sticker wasn't replaced so not confident anything was actually done to the car. Called the service advisor and left a message. He never called us back. Took it back to the dealership the next morning and a tech took a road test with us and heard the grinding. Called on day 3 and were told the car was ready and sticker was replaced. Picked the car up and on the way home brakes were still grinding and sticker was in fact not replaced. Took the car back again. We had a new service advisor this time and she was very understanding and apologetic. The service manager, on the other hand, did not seem to care at all that we had to bring the car back a third time. Did not apologize when I spoke to him about my concerns and I got the feeling he didn't really care. Couldn't provide me with a loaner and again, he never apologized. It's back in the shop and we have no confidence AT ALL that the car will be 100% fixed.
