Came in for basic battery replacement. Phone rep told me 1 hour. in Person they told me 2. Took over 3 hours. Insanely overpriced. Ridiculous that a battery change needs to be done at dealership to reset the system -real shady move. Was given a loaner and the ladies that set that up were incredibly rude and condescending. Don't plan to return unless i have to.

I dropped off my keys the night before and found zero envelopes to fill out what needed repairing! I wrote on a piece of paper details of the car’s flaws. Most pertained to the stereo/entertainment system which has been defective from the start( see previous drop off) . In spite of my instructions they only acknowledged the minor radio malfunction and could “not recreate the problem”, duh! The system needs rebooting several times everyday, asks for a phone it was told to ignore several times & immediately starts playing the second phone without being ask.Most frustrating is you had my car for two days and could not solve the entertainment system problem or the engine light coming on intermittently! 2 DAYS! I was told to reschedule for these problems. Really poor service and I don’t have time for my car to sit in your lot not being serviced..
Also, I was told tire rotation, alignment & some fuel whatever was not covered by a 20,000 mile service. Seriously, tire rotation not covered? No, I was suppose to pay $609.( no way). for these things as an “investment “ in my car! Sounds
like a scam to me and I came to find the tires were rotated anyway. In addition no one who had any knowledge of this minimal work on my car was available when I picked it up! Guy was nice enough but could not find my car or could answer the simplest of questions. I had to ask where my key was!
Finally, I ask to be told what my extended warranty showed on your system 3 times and this was totally ignored. Sound like SERVICE to you?

Scheduled 8:30 appointment several days ahead with option to wait. When doing warranty service works couple month ago I was promised free oil change. Scheduler said that this coupon will be applied when I get the service. On the end I had to wait 4 hours for an oil change! Of course, no coupons could be found. I also paid full price... What is the point of scheduled appointments if it takes 4 hours to do simple oil change. I do it in 30 minutes myself while using jack stands. Extremely disappointed in the white experience.
