Brought my car in for an appointment at 8 am, never got looked at until after 2 and had to leave it for the next day, could not speak to service mgr, eventually emailed general mgr of dealership, then the service mgr called nd within a hour of that call the car was ready, after research on the internet, the part that they replaced took less than 30 minutes to install the part, poor communication on the service departments part.

I randomly stopped by to see if the 2025 Jetta gli was In stock, when I met ali. I came back an hour later and bought a GTI. Ali was patient and honest and let me drive both cars and I chose one. Marcus took great care of us in finance. The overall experience was fantastic.
