Our 2018 Tiguan was having trouble accelerating. We took it to Ourisman in late July and had about $1200 of work done (new plugs, etc). It ran well for a month, then started to have issues again. When we took it in this time, we were told we needed a new battery ($800). When I picked it up, it was still doing the same thing (no one had test driven it) and the engine light was still on. We left it there, but when you came back the next day with an estimate for another $2,000, we took it to another mechanic who works on VW's. They did the job for considerably less (and corrected a faulty wiring to a spark plug from work we had done in July). I have zero confidence in Ourisman and will not come back. I'm not even sure we needed a new battery. We were very frustrated.
