    I made an appointment for a new tire and the tire was not in stock. I was not made aware of this until after I waited for 3 hours. I then left my car and had to follow up on monday, I was not called, and told I would be called back. I then learned the wrong tire was ordered. Next day I again had to call in the afternoon because no one had touched my car which I could tell from my app which then cued John to look to see if the right tire came. Then no one called to let me know it was ready. I had to call. John then hid from me when I picked up the car and didn’t apply the promised discount on the brakes I had done as promised. Any poor ratings purely reflect John and not anyone else. Pure disappointment

    Our salesman was Hani and he couldn’t have been better. You asked us to identify what the dealership is doing right and what needs improvement. Data on the above and our excellent experience with Hani. What’s right: 1) taking the time to learn all about us— the customer— our needs, wishes, concerns, priorities and somehow melding them together to finding us the perfect car; 2). Attention to detail. No question/no concern was not answered by Hani — our sales agent. 3) utilization of other folks at the dealership who had expertise, knowledge or responsibility for areas that may be important to us in choosing a car and future needs we may have., ie — generating a positive feeling about the overall dealership. 4) The great coffee! And 5— going the extra mile — I arrived at the dealership ready to decide between 2 cars which Hani had ready for me to test drive and instead I chose a different car entirely and it didn’t phase him at all. He was as knowledgeable about this car as about the other two. And so kind and patient Lastly my husband has difficulty walking and at time understanding things. Hani made sure we had chairs, a parking space, and my husband included in discussions about cars and directions to avoid stairs. He made us laugh. I am 78. I have purchased multiple cars but never this easy nor this successfully and never worked with a salesman as knowledgeable — and kind and personable as Hani — not only to me but also to my husband.
